We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at check out.
1st Class UK express delivery - Delivery within 1-2 days, signature required* £8.00
Standard UK delivery - Delivery within 3-5 working days* £5.00
Non Europe and Worldwide express delivery - Delivery within 1-3 days, signature required* £12.00
Standard Europe delivery - Delivery within 5-10 working days* £8.00*
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
All orders placed before 11am are despatched that day, if your order is placed after 11am this will be despatched the next working day.
SOUTH AFRICA PRICE & DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can choose to have the products sent via:

Registered Post (R25) – Counter to counter. You’ll receive a post office tracking number via our tracking team, which you can check here. Allow 3-6 working days for delivery.

Overnight Speed Services (R75) – Counter to counter. Our tracking team will send you a tracking number, but since it’s next day delivery, you’ll be able to collect it almost straight away.

Dawn Wing (R35) – Door to door. The quickest, most efficient way to send your parcel. Delivering to all major towns and cities nationwide.

COURIER SERVICE: We offer reliable, tracked courier shipping via UPS, FEDEX or DHL if this option is chosen at checkout. Deliveries are trackable and are delivered by our courier partners.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Customers will be notified of any stock issues, out of stock items or delays to shipments.

ROYAL MAIL SERVICE: Royal Mail works with trusted delivery partners to deliver your international orders. After your item has left the UK, you may find more detailed tracking information on our delivery partner's website.
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Western Europe within 2 weeks, Eastern Europe within 5 weeks and to the USA within 6 weeks.

CUSTOM CHARGES - If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU) & SOUTH AFRICA, customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly.
All estimated delivery times could be delayed by Customs entry procedures.
Please note that with customers importing our products into their country can sometimes experience delays due to customs and the customer may be charged, and will be responsible for, local taxes and duty on import.
